Description
The Reservations Agent is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer. The agent is responsible for handling all incoming calls in a professional courteous manner while booking hotel reservations and answering questions.
Position Requirements
Must be able to use all equipment associated with the position, including but not limited to, computer keyboard, Cisco Call Manager software, paging system and two-way radios. Cross training to achieve proficiency in both PBX and Reservations System is required. Must adhere to all departmental and company policies and procedures and should be prepared to work a flexible schedule.
