We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Project Lead to join our Day & Zimmermann team on-site located in Port Gibson, MS.

Your Role:

As a Senior Project Lead, you will oversee the entire project life cycle, encompassing estimation, planning, and execution. You will be responsible for driving project success while meeting and exceeding safety, financial, operational, and customer goals. You will also ensure effective oversight of all project construction and support team obligations.

  • Direct project management and construction management across all facets, including scheduling, planning, procurement, and implementation.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, facilitating communication between project managers and stakeholders to provide project status updates.
  • Champion our safety commitments by providing thoughtful leadership and establishing clear expectations related to the execution of safety programs.
  • Review site work plans to ensure optimal organizational resources are allocated to meet contract demands.
  • Implement project management governance, procedures, tools, and financial controls across all teams; recruit team members to support project management and site supervision roles.
  • Collaborate effectively with functional areas through the appropriate Project Management Office to achieve collective goals and drive best practices and process improvements.

This position is ideal for you if you possess the following skills:

  • Proficiency in cost management and project controls with knowledge of Fixed-Price and T&M Contracts.
  • Strong analytical abilities to understand and utilize key financial metrics for business analysis and improvement.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and motivate action among team members.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of successful EPC experience.
  • Completion of background screening process.

In compliance with state pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $91,000 - 206,000. This range is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offers may vary based on experience and location.
