Responsibilities

* Perform cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various areas.

* Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.

* Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored.

* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

* Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing in accordance with health and safety standards.

* Assist in the organization of storage areas and equipment used for cleaning.

* Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.

Requirements

* Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred.

* Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care practices is a plus.

* Familiarity with hospitality standards and housekeeping management is advantageous.

* Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

* Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds as needed.

* Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
