Sr. Electrical EngineerWe are seeking a motivated individual to join our Maintenance team as a Senior Electrical Engineer.ResponsibilitiesImprove equipment reliability by reducing machine downtime and unscheduled maintenance in a continuous manufacturing process environmentProvide technical support to the I&E Maintenance teamProactively support preventive and predictive maintenance programs and recommend improvementsComplete process data analysis in order to detect potential failure and implement actionsLead Root Cause Failure Analysis and develop action plansProvide suggestions for new and existing maintenance proceduresPerform capital improvement projects and apply management of changeRead drawings, schematics, manuals and engineering documentation equipment operationDevise new approaches to complex problems through adaptations and modifications of standard technical principlesTravel - Domestic up to 10% as neededBachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field AND 5 years' experience as Electrical Engineer or related. Employer will also accept a Master degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field AND 3 years' experience as Electrical Engineer or related.Applicant must have 3 years' experience with:Industrial Electrical fieldApplicant must have demonstrative experience with:maintenance management philosophy including: PM, PDM, PSM, and P&Sapplication of norm such as: NEMA, NFPA, UL, NEC, ISA, or IEEEpetrochemical industry equipmentISO Quality System which relates with I&E complianceMicrosoft OfficeAlpek Polyester USA, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
