Local firm is looking for full-time Customer Service Representatives that can work in an office setting. Trustworthy individuals who can multi-task, are self-motivated, and can work in a fast tempo work environment. All training and information to perform work duties are provided by company.
Duties involve helping customers via telephone, email and fax. A Customer Service Representative will interface, receive, process and track service orders from the US Government. This includes maintaining customer service records and inventory/financial accounts by processing customer adjustments. Computer competency in the Microsoft Office Suite is a requirement (MS Outlook, Word, Excel), with proficiency verified during screening. Effective oral communications (telephone) and written skills (email) are a must.
40 hours per week (Monday through Friday). 90 day probationary period must be completed. All training provided. Health Insurance and Vacation Benefits are provided.
Applicant must pass background and drug screening. Salary range is competitive; based on experience and evaluated potential.
