Job Details

* Must have high school diploma or GED; must possess a valid Mississippi driver's license.

* Must be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team player.

* Must possess excellent customer service skill.

* Must be able to work any day, any shift.

* Must have at least two years previous experience in landscaping/gardening with appropriate certification.

Essential Job Functions:

* Maintain health, vitality and appearance of all shrubs, trees and ornamental plants.

* Maintain and repair all sprinklers and waterlines associated with above areas.

* Vacuum swimming pool daily (year-round).

* Groom all flower beds and exposes soil on a daily basis.

* Assist laborers, when needed, with large jobs.

* Must meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.

Physical, Mental & Environmental Demands:

* Must be able to work in extremes of temperature in excess of 115 degrees or below 10 degrees.

* Must be able of hearing in the full audible range in high noise conditions and possess average vision and color perception.

* Must be able to stoop, bend, jump, and carry heavy loads, run level surfaces as well as up or down stairs.

* Must be able to lift at leas 50 pounds.

* Must possess coordination and dexterity to drive power sweeper, forklifts, scissors lifts and other equipment.

* Must be able to think clearly and respond calmly in emergency situations.

* Must be able to learn and retain locations, operation and repair procedures of the property's equipment.
