The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for our client's patients, providing guidance, answering questions and assisting with any needs. This entry-level role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in the healthcare industry. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a caring attitude and a desire to make a positive impact on patients' experiences.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors warmly upon arrival, helping to create a welcoming environment
• Assist patients with check-in and check-out processes, including verifying personal and insurance information
• Answer questions related to appointments, services and general facility information
• Address patient concerns and direct them to appropriate departments as needed
• Ensure the waiting area is organized and that patients are informed of any wait times
• Provide information on billing, payment options and assist with processing payments as needed
• Support patients with completing forms, paperwork and appointment scheduling
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines at all times

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in healthcare or customer service-related fields is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or a front-facing role is preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with patients of all backgrounds
• Friendly, empathetic demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with healthcare management software is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
