Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and scopes of work.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.
• Subcontract administration and control
• Work on monthly pay applications for subcontractors and owners.
• Change order scope of work and costing.
• Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure compliance with client requirements and building codes.
• Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and updates with clients, stakeholders, and the internal team.
• Perform regular on-site visits to monitor quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, contracts, and change orders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction practices, codes, and standards.
• Proficient in project management software and tools, such as Procore, MS Project, or equivalent.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Schedule:
