The candidate communicates with various departments, product development, sales to develop and execute brand strategies. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that increase our brand. The role involves conducting market research, producing promotional materials, and analyzing data. You should have a deep understanding of consumer marketing, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.


A Day in the Life of You:

  • Managing and expansion of Food Service broker and distributing network
  • Monitoring market trends, research consumer markets and competitor's activities
  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to "Take Action"
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
  • Oversee new and ongoing market
  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
  • Devise innovative growth strategies
  • Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing campaigns into current and new markets
  • Conduct market research, including competitor analysis, to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for brand growth
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to position the brand effectively
  • Ensure brand consistency across various market initiatives and channels
  • Oversee the production of advertising material and marketing content
  • Manage and allocate the budget for brand market activities
  • You Will Need the Following to Succeed:

    • Strong understanding of brand marketing principles and strategies to manage and grow the brand
    • Exceptional communication skills to work with various stakeholders, including end-user customers, broad line food service distributors, and brokers, to drive the brand forward
    • Analytical thinking skills to interpret brand performance data and market trends, and to make strategic decisions based on those analyses
    • A Degree or related field experience
    • Eager to share prior successes with a proven track record that that be used to build the brand
