THE JOB:

As a Commis in Stalla, you will assist the Sous Chef. Using your culinary techniques, you will also set the stage for an excellent guest experience. You'll provide high-quality Italian food to guests from all over the world. In your role, you will partner with front-of-house staff to create WOW memories the guests will carry far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $21.18 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Assist Sous Chef in product consistency and make necessary modifications according to the business needs
• Assist Sous Chef in preparing ingredients, cooking, and plating dishes according to established recipes and standards
• Assist Sous Chef in preparation of menu, take inventory, and coordinate with the Sous Chef on order and preparation on food items
• Assist Sous Chef in menu production
• Learn from experienced chefs and actively participate in training and development opportunities

• Genuine passion for food and a desire to grow in a culinary career
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and culinary techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Flexibility to work various shifts based on event schedules
