- 4 years' technical background in mobile engineering (focusing on HVAC) for large commercial buildings

o Basic experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, production equipment repair & maintence

- Universal EPA Certification

- Valid Driver's License

- 2 years' trade school or documented apprenticeship in electrical systems, refrigeration, and HVAC

Job Description *

A client of Insight Global's is hiring a Mobile Engineer to work in the Hattiesburg, MS area (in addition to supporting a 2-hour radius from this base location), to support a variety of clients in the maintence, operation and repairs of refrigeration, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, production equipment and systems in assigned facilities to obtain the most efficient operating results and longevity. In this role, the Mobile Engineer will be assuring that equipment is being maintained and down time is condensed to a minimum, when necessary, repairs are made while keeping records up to date of past operating experiences. Additional responsibilities include:

- Responding to work orders for all systems and updating them in real time

- Maintaining and operating all refrigeration, HVAC systems and equipment associated with electrical distribution, plumbing, building interior/exterior and production equipment

- Performing facility inspections

- Completing Hazard Assessments

- Maintaining compliance to state, county or city ordinances, codes, or laws

- Completing all required safety trainings on schedule
