Location: Onsite in MS, AL or TN offices.


Job Type: 6-month Contract to hire


Overview:

The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the coordination and execution of sales orders, ensuring seamless delivery from initiation to completion. This role involves close collaboration with internal departments, customers, and stakeholders to maintain efficient processes, deliver exceptional service, and meet customer requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all project and sales documentation in Salesforce, ensuring accurate records from service delivery initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand and address customer needs effectively.
  • Act as the primary liaison between departments involved in the order fulfillment and implementation process.
  • Regularly communicate project updates to customers, addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Coordinate the delivery of services, including VoIP, circuits, connectivity, internet, and other solutions.
  • Develop and update project-related materials, such as network designs, location diagrams, multi-location connections, and Visio drawings.
  • Facilitate meetings and calls with customers and internal teams for complex implementations or escalations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to ensure service offerings meet customer expectations.
  • Identify and address stalled orders by escalating to management and driving resolution.
  • Take ownership of customer projects, ensuring high-quality service and successful outcomes.
  • Perform other duties or tasks as assigned.


Qualifications:

Required:

  • 1-5 years of experience in a fast-paced service delivery environment, preferably in telecommunications or data industries.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications and VoIP services.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or management.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external customers.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Professionalism, attention to detail, and sound decision-making.

Preferred:

  • Associate's degree or bachelor's degree, or relevant working experience
  • Additional experience in project management or provisioning.
