What we are looking for:

Grammer is looking for a Production Planner to join our team in Shannon, MS. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a team environment. This individual will have an opportunity to make lasting and positive changes in our team!

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

• Analyzes customer releases, ensures accurate data transfer to production.
• Performs daily maintenance for SAP; MD06, CO41, VL10A, VL02N, VL06G, VA05, VA32, VA31, EMFOR, VA01, VA02.
• Monitors 3PL stock levels daily and schedules by priority.
• Serves as the liaison with production supervisors to determine adjustments needed per headcount, material status, etc.
• Coordinates with warehouse supervisor to expedite transfer of materials from stock area to production area.
• Prepares weekly reporting of MPS, which includes updating from previous week.
• Interfaces with material planners and customer service to ensure accurate deliveries.
• Data entry into SAP. Make SAP adjustments.

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Excellent computer skills
• Strong math skills
• Ability to prioritize, communicate, be organized, and detail oriented
• Ability to be flexible, adapt to new challenges, and work under pressure
• SAP knowledge and experience
• Ability to utilize excel strategically
• ISO9000 knowledge and experience
• Automotive industry experience
• Product launch exposure a plus
• Management of internal and external relationships.
