Service Specialists is recruiting for an Account Manager/Marketing/New Member Development Position.
What You'll Do:
✅ Grow & Engage Membership – Build and maintain a pipeline of business prospects, manage member profiles, and schedule new and upgrade appointments.
✅ Support Sales & Retention – Prepare sales materials, assist with membership upgrade plans, and communicate opportunities to the Retention Specialist.
✅ Drive Sponsorship Success – Sell and manage sponsorships for major events, ensuring sponsors receive maximum value and benefits.
✅ Enhance Member Communications – Oversee automated engagement strategies, including dues renewal reminders, sponsorship promotions, and personalized outreach.
✅ Lead Onboarding & Engagement – Guide new members through their first year with milestone check-ins, virtual touchpoints, event tracking, and surveys.
✅ Provide Actionable Insights – Generate reports on payment history, engagement trends, and retention efforts to drive strategic decision-making.
✅ Optimize the Website Experience – Regularly monitor and improve the user experience for members and prospects.
