Job Title: HR Coordinator

Pay Rate: $27 per hour

Shift: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Location : Frontage Road, Olive Branch, MS

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources team. This role will primarily focus on standard clerical duties while assisting with recruiting efforts. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable handling administrative HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Assist with the recruiting process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Provide support in the onboarding and orientation of new hires
  • Handle incoming inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Assist with tracking and reporting HR-related metrics
  • Support other HR functions as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an HR support or administrative role preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
