Job Summary:

The Client Relationship Manager plays a vital role in fostering and maintaining successful customer partnerships. You will be tasked with estimating project costs, ensuring timely execution of projects, and providing exceptional service to our clients. This position is essential for driving revenue growth and developing strong market networks. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will manage both service requests and project assignments, guaranteeing high satisfaction and attainment of annual revenue targets ranging from $3M to $5M+.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed project estimates and proposals.
  • Communicate project hazards and risk assessments.
  • Oversee projects to ensure they meet safety, scheduling, and budgetary requirements.
  • Respond to customer service requests promptly.
  • Build and maintain robust client relationships, serving as their primary contact.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by effectively addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Provide consistent communication with clients throughout each project.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and manage a pipeline of potential projects.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to align project objectives with company goals.
  • Report on project progress, client feedback, and potential challenges to relevant stakeholders.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project efficiency.
  • Track performance metrics to identify improvements and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Develop professional networks and maintain relationships with key industry players.
  • Participate in events to raise brand awareness and position our company as a trusted provider.
  • Perform other responsibilities as directed by management.

Education and Experience:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent industry experience is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged desk work and computer use.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
  • Capability to walk job sites as needed.
  • May require occasional travel to various job sites.
