PrideStaff is currently hiring for Hand Bindery Specialist in the Biloxi MS area.
Hourly Rate: $13/hr
Work Schedule: Mon - Fri; 8am - 5pm
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Position Summary:
Perform various hand operations to assemble products. Utilize small hand tools including tape guns, etc. to assist with product assembly. Operate various small machines. Inspect and pack finished product produced off manufacturing equipment.
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Read instructions from job envelope to determine type of assembly needed and quantity
• Inspect products (finished goods and in-process)
• Assemble products using small hand tools (tape guns, rollers, etc.)
• Insert finished piece into envelopes and mail (if perfect match, make sure name on piece andenvelope match)
• Collate finished products as needed
• Operate small hand finishing equipment such as hand stitcher, drill, round corner machine, laminator, shrink wrapper
• Package finished product per instructions (shrink wrap/box, put in mail trays, etc.)
• Transport finished product/material using hand trucks
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area
• Work as part of a team to maintain quality
• All other duties as assigned by Plant Manager.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Good eye hand coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to use small hand tools
• Ability to lift up to 20 Lbs
