Job Summary:
Bob Boyte Chevy is seeking a dependable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Part Time Cashier/Receptionist in Biloxi, Mississippi. The Part Time Cashier/Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our dealership's clients while efficiently processing sales transactions. This position is a part-time role with a flexible schedule, perfect for someone looking for additional income or a student seeking part-time employment. As an individual contributor, the Part Time Cashier will work independently, while still being a valuable member of our team.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers at the cashier counter in a friendly and professional manner
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using dealership software systems
- Handle cash and credit card payments and reconcile daily cash transactions
- Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies to management
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer concerns or inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cashier and customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using cash registers and POS systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
