• Reports to table games shift manager
• Ensures all work stations are manned and ready at the beginning of the shift
• Implements an effective work schedule
• Maintains efficient records and paperwork
• Handles customer disputes quickly and effectively
• Counsels and or disciplines employees under his/her control
• Experience in the Table Games Department/experience of dealing
