Job Description

The Food and Beverage Supervisor supervises and coordinates activities of workers across all outlets during their shift.

Job Functions

1. Maintain daily employee work station and break schedules.
2. Ensure prompt and courteous service to customers.
3. Monitor employee compliance with service standards.
4. Greet and communicate with guests courteously.
5. Oversee restaurant service operations during the shift.
6. Ensure beverage shift operations are opened and closed properly and on time.
7. Ensure employees are punctual, in uniform, and following service procedures; correct deficiencies as needed.
8. Resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly.
9. Requisition and control inventories.
10. Monitor employee performance, assist with evaluations, and counseling.
11. Coordinate cleaning and repairs of outlets.
12. Perform administrative and reporting duties.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Associate's degree or one year of related experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk most of the shift.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses/certifications.
