Job Summary:
The Ready Mix Concrete Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the ready mix concrete segment. This role involves strategic planning, customer outreach, pricing strategy, and close coordination with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base.
• Identify new business opportunities in commercial, residential, and infrastructure sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sales in alignment with company policies and profitability targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and quality control to ensure timely delivery and high-quality service.
