Position Summary:

The Process Engineer will focus on developing, improving, and sustaining manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency, quality, and safety. Candidates must be highly analytical, hands-on, and ready to work collaboratively across departments. Flexibility to support different shifts and urgent production needs is important.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality, reduce cycle times, and increase efficiency
• Analyze process data and conduct root cause analysis for production issues; lead corrective action initiatives
• Partner with production, maintenance, and quality teams to troubleshoot and improve production lines
• Design and validate manufacturing processes for new product introductions and engineering changes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, DOE, 5S)
• Create and update work instructions, process flows, and standard operating procedures
• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Train operators and technicians on new processes and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)
