Your area of responsibility:

1. To focus on meeting project commitment, including communications with internal / external customers
2. To define and structure of projects to achieve target in terms of delivery time, quality, cost and customer satisfaction
3. To facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks and resource requirements
4. To resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts between projects or functional areas
5. To develop methods to monitor project or area of progress
6. To provide corrective supervision if necessary
7. To be responsible for other tasks assigned by your superior

1. Your Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering
2. Your profound technical education with knowledge of business management
3. Your experience with project management
4. Your ability to efficiently use all computer literacy (MS-Office and MS-Project)
5. Your ability to organize and handle projects within prescribed time frame
6. Your high competency to confer and ability to work in teams
7. Your knowledge about quality management systems
8. Your ability to converse fluently in verbal and written English and Mandarin. Mandarin language is required to communicate with customers from China and Taiwan
