Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in Oxford, MS. The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality. Responsibilities include staff management, budgeting, financial reporting, maintaining franchise relationships, and implementing marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and staff management skills
• Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting
• Knowledge of franchise relationships and hotel operations
• Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
