Work as a team by assisting the Maintenance/ Custodial Worker I with routine maintenance, cleaning, floor buffing and groundskeeping. SPECIFIC DUTIES:Work as a team by assisting the Maintenance/ Custodial Worker I with routine maintenance, cleaning, floor buffing and groundskeeping. Demonstrate a culture of PRIDE. Assist with routine maintenance duties and repairs. Groundskeeping: Mow lawn, trim shrubs, water plants and grass, apply fertilizer and apply pesticides. Forward feedback, issues, and problems to the Maintenance/ Custodial Worker I as appropriate. Assures that services are performed according to prescribed methods and meet established standards set by Goodwill Industries of South Mississippi. Maintains a safe work environment; ensures adequate security and compliance with safety and environmental regulations as well as with company health and safety standards.
