Provide administrative supervision, leadership, guidance, and feedback to subordinate staff to facilitate smooth operations including on-call duties. Ensure completion of all required documentation as required by policy and/or state regulations Ensure maximum utilization of all authorized hours. Ensure active treatment is established and provided in a therapeutic environment at all times. Ensure all expenditures have proper controls in place and receive appropriate prior approval. Provide community relations and customer service to the community and clients being served. Provide oversight of day to day operations at the HCBS center. Continually evaluate opportunities in the region for growth and development in the HCBS program. Communicate all Risk Management issues and all other required information to the CEO on a daily basis as required by state and company policy.
