Spa Receptionist

Job Description

Answer incoming telephone calls and route to proper party or take messages. Greet and provide directions to guest. Book appointments and help guest with spa gifts.

Qualifications

Six (6) months of prior guest experience preferred. Must follow standard business phone etiquette practices. Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time throughout shift. Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
