The MYPAC supervisor is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the MYPAC Primary Service Coordinators. MYPAC supervisors attend wrap around meetings and ensure adherence to WRAP and MYPAC standards. On call availability to provide crisis support. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Provide support and assistance as needed to team. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and other essential duties. Additional Information Schedule is flexible and non-traditional; based around the availability of youth and families served. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, a personal vehicle to use for work purposes and auto insurance.
