DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Preconstruction BIM Engineer to join our team. This role bridges the gap between design, construction, and marketing-collaborating closely with Estimating, Operations, and Marketing departments to develop high-impact proposals, presentations, and 4D simulations. The ideal candidate has a background in architecture or interior design, with a portfolio that demonstrates a strong sense of storytelling, visualization, and technical execution.

As a Preconstruction BIM Engineer at Roy Anderson Corp., reporting to the VP of Construction Technology, you will have the opportunity to:

• Collaborate with Marketing, Estimating, and Operations to develop:
  - Proposal graphics and deliverables
  - High-quality renderings and visualizations
  - 4D simulations for construction sequencing using project schedules
  - Presentation decks and marketing collateral
• Develop and manage BIM content and models during preconstruction phases
• Convert design intent into immersive presentations using Enscape, Twinmotion, or equivalent software
• Support pursuit efforts with customized visuals and storytelling narratives
• Participate in internal coordination meetings to understand project scope, sequencing, and critical logistics
• Integrate project schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project) into 4D visualizations for client-facing material

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in architecture or interior design with a strong portfolio of marketing and presentation work
• Proficiency required in:
  - Autodesk Revit
  - Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  - Enscape and/or Twinmotion (other visualization tools a plus)
• Familiarity with BIM-based construction sequencing and 4D tools such as Synchro, Navisworks, or similar
• Strong visual storytelling and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
• Construction or general contracting experience is a plus
• Knowledge of Procore or other construction management platforms is a plus
