Position: Division HR Coordinator

The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of Human Resources, including guiding employees through onboarding, administrative functions, and acting as a liaison between corporate and the division.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring compliance with all HR regulations
  • Conducting new hire processing and coordinating onboarding with Corporate IT
  • Advising managers on company policies and management responsibilities
  • Conducting new hire orientations in person and via Microsoft Teams
  • Assisting with division payroll, including reviewing and approving employee timesheets
  • Processing salary adjustments, bonuses, commissions, transfers, promotions, and terminations
  • Managing the workers' compensation process for the division
  • Training staff as needed
  • Responding to employee questions regarding benefits and HR policies
  • Maintaining professionalism and ethics in all business dealings to serve customers and enhance company goodwill and profitability
  • Willingness to work overtime and travel overnight as required

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
  • One to three years of related experience or training
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email communication

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Taleo, PeopleSoft, and Microsoft Teams is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail
