Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
Answer and direct phone calls, manage emails, and handle correspondence
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff
Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Support administrative tasks and collaborate with accounting staff as needed
Uphold confidentiality and ensure compliance with internal procedures
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
1+ years of experience in a front office or administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
