• Preference for promotion from Hourly Champion position.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass background check criteria and drug test.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Basic business math skills are necessary.
• Ability to stock shelves and coolers.
• Experience overseeing and managing team members.
• Ability to perform cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal.
• Willingness to maintain cleanliness in the parking lot and surrounding grounds.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop for 90% of the shift.
