WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will merge your love for people and restaurant management to elevate guest and employee experiences while driving business results. Your role will encompass managing all aspects of store operations, including both front- and back-of-house responsibilities. With constant home office support, you will have everything necessary to succeed!

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience

• A willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)

• Availability to work holidays and weekends as needed

• A caring demeanor with a commitment to hospitality

• Valid driver's license

• Fluency in English
