Joining INGENIOUS.BUILD means embarking on an incredible journey to create the first cloud application for managing the entire lifecycle of a real estate construction project. You'll be building what some consider the holy grail of construction project management. Being a part of the team you will:

• Use software like PHP 8.3, Laravel 10 and PostgreSQL
• Minimize meetings, allowing you to focus on what you do best: building

• Participate in a collaborative space that avoids unnecessary bureaucracy, allowing every team member to influence the product
• Benefit from a supportive team of experienced individuals who love discussing interesting challenges and sharing knowledge
• Commit to continually improving our codebase, reducing legacy code, adding tests, and keeping things up-to-date
• Focus on development as the DevOps team handles infrastructure, with pipelines set up for PHPStan, PHPCS, unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, all supporting automatic deployments
• Write code that's easy to test and reason about, structuring business logic in clear PHP classes to avoid complex solutions
• Work with a modular monolith, maintaining strong boundaries and modularity through facades, adapters, or events, and incorporating DDD in intricate modules

Skills and Experience needed or preferred:

• Communicative English. A minimum B2 level is required
• Experience building scalable applications, ideally with large-scale systems like CRM, CMS, or ERP
• Proficiency in PHP 8.1+ and modern frameworks like Laravel or Symfony
• Focus on framework-agnostic development, emphasizing writing clean, straightforward code
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as PHPUnit and a strong grasp of testing strategies

The compensation range for this position is quite broad, and we in good faith believe it to be anywhere between 11 000 PLN to 17 000 PLN; provided, however, that we may ultimately pay more or less than this range depending upon skill set, and location.
