What We Are LookingFor:
We are seeking a results-driven professional with 6 to 10 years of experience in internal controls to join our dynamic team. This individual will apply strong analytical skills to uncover root causes of complex issues and drive strategic solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple workstreams effectively, and delivers timely, high-quality results to government clients.
Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active Public Trust Clearance
- BA/BA Degree
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in internal controls
- Must live in the greater Washington D.C. region: Virginia, the District of Columbia, orMaryland
- Ability to work fully onsite in Arlington, VA
Skills:
- Analyze internal control issues, identify root causes, and recognize causal relationships
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams to meet tight deadlines and quality standards
- Respond promptly and thoughtfully to government inquiries with well-reasoned recommendations
- Promote open, clear, and constructive communication across internal teams and with government stakeholders to ensure collaborative and effective outcomes
Preferred:
- DHS or USCIS experience
