Dispatcher & Records Coordinator

Description:

D2 Government Solutions is looking for a dedicated Dispatcher & Records Coordinator who will also oversee parts & accountability. You will be the administrative backbone of the fleet: managing dispatch/UDI, operator licensing/records, commander's vehicle care scheduling, and parts/accountability in DPAS. Accuracy and organization are critical.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate OLVIMS-Dispatch: process requests, assign vehicles, and maintain operator training/licensing records with 100% accuracy
  • Coordinate UDI/training fleet usage and commander's vehicle care cadence
  • Manage DPAS Warehouse entries: receipts/issues/returns, bench/shop stock, and parts traceability
  • Prepare routine reports (utilization, data quality, KPIs) and assist with wash-rack readiness/supplies
Requirements
  • 2+ years in fleet dispatch, maintenance admin, supply/parts room, or similar role
  • Data accuracy proficiency: experience with CMMS/ERP (OLVIMS/DPAS preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word; excellent customer service and communication
  • U.S. work authorization; CAC/base access eligibility
Nice to have (preferred)
  • Prior military base or municipal fleet experience
  • Working knowledge of AFI 24-301/24-302 processes
Physical/Work conditions
  • Office/shop setting; light material handling; frequent system/data entry
