Assists with the development and managing of the budget for the beverage department. Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers. Supervises programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries. Reviews staffing levels to maintain budgeted levels employment. Delegate authority and assigns responsibilities. Development of staff, interviews, hires, and evaluates. Manages department financial data. Reviews beverage activities and promotions with Beverage Manager. Monitor and adjust performance to local competition. Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Two to five years experience in bar operations and managing personnel with a 2-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience.
