Job Details

Supervises processes and programs to effectively control and reduce loss time injuries. Ensures the safety and security of employees and customers. Controls staffing levels to maintain budgeted level of employment. Supervises staff members and delegate duties. Development of staff, interviews, hires, and evaluates. Reviews and Maintain departments inventory of maintenance supplies. Communicates all maintenance task activities accomplished and assigned with Director of Maintenance. Supervises and coordinates timely completion of property and safety inspections reports, applicable OSHA Compliance, EAP Regulations and ADA building codes. Responsible for general maintenance of all facilities and equipment on property including grounds. Meet with departmental Managers and Supervisors as necessary. Other duties as assigned.
