Program Overview
The Mississippi Division of Medicaid developed the MYPAC program to support troubled children and their families at home, especially when mental health diagnoses and family challenges make it difficult for children to remain in the home environment.

The schedule is flexible and non-traditional, aligned with the availability of youth and families. Applicants must have a valid drivers license, a personal vehicle for work purposes, and auto insurance. Mileage reimbursement is available for community-based staff.
Salary
$48,000 - $55,000 annually, depending on education and clinical licensure
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in a social services discipline with experience working with at-risk youth, adults, or families is required. A Master's degree in a related field such as social work, counseling, psychology, criminal justice, guidance counseling, or marriage and family therapy is preferred. Other degrees may be considered upon further evaluation. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, basic computer skills, and flexibility in scheduling are essential.
