Job Details

* Utilize necessary equipment to identify, record, document, and report illegal and unusual activities occurring in the hotel, parking garage, restaurants, administration building, and any other non-gaming areas.
* Report all illegal and unusual activities to the appropriate authorities
* Support and maintain Horseshoe courtesy guidelines
* Promote outstanding guest relations
* Perform other duties as assigned

* Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations.
* Must be able to lift and carry upwards to 65 pounds.
* Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items while performing daily tasks.
* Read, write, speak, and understand English.

* Respond to visual and aural cues.
