What You'll Do:

• Lead all aspects of daily salon operations, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and energetic environment for clients and staff.

• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional service and achieving sales goals.

• Drive sales growth across memberships, retail, and services through effective strategies and team coaching.

• Manage key performance metrics, handle cash flow, and oversee administrative duties with precision and efficiency.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for both customers and team members, fostering a positive and supportive culture.

• Represent the Palm Beach Tan brand within the community, both in-store and through local marketing efforts.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a leadership or management role, ideally within sales or customer service environments.

• A results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on team development and accountability.

• Passion for the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry and a commitment to delivering an elevated client experience.

• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing daily operational tasks, including budgeting and scheduling.

• Confidence in leading a team and promoting your location both online and in the community.

What You'll Receive:

• $50,000-$55,000/year total compensation (Base + Bonus + Commission).
