Job Description:

Venture Smarter hires a results-driven Remote Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our daily business processes. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing remote teams, streamlining workflows, and ensuring consistent operational efficiency in a fast-paced digital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with company goals

Manage remote teams and coordinate cross-functional projects

Identify and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks

Develop and implement scalable systems, processes, and policies

Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership

Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Manage vendor relationships and contracts

Support budgeting and strategic planning initiatives

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA is a plus)

3+ years of experience in operations or project management, preferably in a remote setting

Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Google Workspace, Slack)

High attention to detail and organizational skills
