Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Pascagoula branch, ensuring excellence in recruiting, client relations, and workforce coordination.
• Drive business relationships, expanding the client base across industrial, marine, and technical sectors.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, understanding and responding to their evolving workforce needs.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage skilled labor professionals, aligning talent with client requirements.
• Coordinate labor dispatch and scheduling while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Lead, coach, and support branch staff to achieve performance goals and foster a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a staffing agency environment is required.
• Strong background in sales, recruiting, and labor coordination
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a hands-on, team-first approach.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the local labor market/players in the Mississippi Gulf Coast region is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and compliance
