Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, quality care to each patient.
• Guide parents and patients through our orthodontic processes.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Prepare patients for examinations and treatments.
• Perform x-rays and document findings in patient charts.
• Assist the dental team with various procedures, including setting up trays and mixing materials.
• Ensure thorough sterilization and disinfection of instruments and rooms.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment details.
• Handle impressions and custom trays with precision.
• Embrace company standards and compliance at all times.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Orthodontic or Dental Assistant Certification (varies by state).
• Preferred minimum of 1 year of experience in orthodontic assisting.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification is required.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
• Strong focus on customer service and patient satisfaction.
• Genuine love for working with children.
• Demonstrate integrity and reliability in all work aspects.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
