We pride ourselves on our commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client satisfaction. We are seeking an experienced Receptionist/Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting attorneys and clients in various legal matters.
Duties:
Answering phones and greeting clients
Scheduling appointments and meetings
Assist attorneys & paralegals in organizing and managing documents
Communicate professionally and effectively with clients/third parties
Assist with office bookkeeping as needed
Provide administrative support as needed
Run office errands
Effectively manage multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Experience:
Previous Admin and/or Legal Experience is a big plus
Proficiency in writing skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor, great people skills, and a client-focused approach
Familiarity with MS Office, Outlook, & Adobe
