As a Customer Advocate, you'll be a healthcare hero ???? for 50 to 70 people every day. You'll navigate the world of primary care doctors ????, medications ????, appointments ????, and benefits ???? like a pro, armed with your knowledge ???? and amazing social skills ?????.

???? Full-time position, Monday through Friday (because we all need a little weekend! ????)
? 8-hour shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST
???? 5-week intensive orientation (don't worry, we've got your back every step of the way! ?????????)
???? A great ear for listening and a knack for finding solutions
??????? Ability to juggle multiple tasks like a pro
???? Passion for helping others and brightening their day
???? High school diploma (bonus points if you've got a degree! ????)
???? At least 1 year of experience in insurance operations
???? Tech-savvy and confident navigating our web-based systems
???? Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
???? Experience in healthcare/insurance

Start: TWO groups starting either October 6th or 20th, 2025
Training: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (5 weeks)
Regular Schedule: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday; 11:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday
