Job Title: Owners Representative (Data Centers)

Looking for your next big challenge? A leading engineering firm are seeking an experienced Owner's Design Representative (Project Manager) to lead mission critical construction projects in Mississippi.

You'll be the go-to leader connecting owners, designers, and contractors—driving projects from design through construction, solving problems on the fly, and making sure every detail meets world-class standards.

The position

• Lead design & construction from concept to completion
• Manage stakeholders & remove roadblocks
• Oversee site visits, RFIs, and construction administration
• Build lasting client relationships & shape future projects

Could this role be for you?

• 5+ years in engineering, construction, or project management
• Strong MEP/FA/FP knowledge
• Proficiency with Procore & MS Office
• Excellent communicator & problem solver
• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent experience)
• Daily travel to project site in (Meridian, MS) or (Jackson, MS)
• Up to 25% travel to other locations, this may include travel to any of the 50 US states
