Overview

Insurance Defense Attorney DC, MD, VA Hybrid remote

We are a Civil Litigation Defense Law Firm with a national presence, historically defending clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to individuals and small business owners. We maintain multiple offices and appearances in courts nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of civil litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research, analyze data, and develop strategies for cases.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed in DC, MD, or VA
• Must live currently in DC, MD, or VA
• Recent insurance defense experience

Bonus Points

• Double or triple barred in MD, DC, or VA
