Job Details

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping. Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets and maintain productivity standards. Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA regulations. Oversee the maintenance and proper operation of warehouse equipment and tools. Plan and assign work schedules, considering workload and operational priorities. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Purchasing, Logistics, Customer Service) to meet shipping and delivery deadlines. Track performance metrics such as order accuracy, on-time shipments, and inventory shrinkage. Identify process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels. Handle employee performance evaluations, coaching, and corrective actions when necessary.
