Supervises, coordinates, provide leadership, development of an effective team of custodial personnel, participates in the care, cleaning and general housekeeping of all buildings and assists with special events. Under direction of supervisor serves as primary custodial lead. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for visa sponsorship. The University will not sponsor applicants for work visas (e.g., H-1 B). Primary Duties and Responsibilities Provides leadership and instruction to small groups of custodians by leading or directing custodial activities during scheduled work periods (including weekends), or when performing special cleaning projects and other events that are assigned (per work orders) by the supervisor. Makes work assignments in accordance with predetermined schedules, reviews the work of employees, and assists in training of new personnel.
